Help with Changing Dates using ABS Formula

Hello,

I have been trying to create a template that adds a number of days to a date that is entered, but I don't know how to get the dates to calculate.

I have attached a sample of my spreadsheet for the brave individual who takes on this challenge. :-D

I have absolute values in Row 1. I would like rows 3 thru whatever to calculate based on the ABS formula.

I really hope someone can help me. Thank you. :beer:
