Segmentation Fault - core dumped when try to upgrade to DB2 10.1 fix pack 2

Hi,

i get segmentation fault error when try to upgrade DB2 10.1 to DB2 10.1 fix pack 2:

i run the command:
./installFixPack -b /opt/IBM/db2/V10.1/

and then get the following error:

Description: Registering DB2 licenses

Segmentation Fault - core dumped
==============================

please do you have any advise for this?
