I Want Create Db2 Trigger To Update Table in SQL Server Table

hi ,

Now I have Db2 Server , I Make Another Server On Pc by SQL Server ,
I need help how i can do connection between the servers and make same databases and tables on them .

i want make trigger on db2, when data changed or insert new data in the db2 database , direct transfer data automaticly to the seconde database on sql server

i hope that someone help me (step by step ) , please its important work , thanks .
