we are upgrading db2 v9.7 fp2 to v9.7 FP10 on Linux
Linux xxxxxxxx 2.6.16.60-0.37_f594963d-smp #1 SMP Mon Mar 23 13:39:48 UTC 2009 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
during fixpack upgrade we do
./db2_install -b /opt/ibm/db2/V9.7FP6 -p ESE -n -l /tmp/db2v97.install.log
and fixpack install command:
./installFixPack -b /opt/ibm/db2/V9.7FP6 -l /tmp/db2fp6.install.log
gives this warning:
WARNING:
The 32-bit library file libpam.so is not found on the system.
log files have everything 'success'.
do we need to be concern or we can proceed with the upgrade?
could not find anything clear when i googled it.
thanks in advance
