I am not a database engineer. I am having problems with my investment account the computer system can not find my account by name. The social security number on account is my friends that I am having problems locating. I dont know the account number. I know the name on account and date of birth and the address on account. Can the engineers at my brokerage firm write SQL to retrieve the street address? Can they write SQL to retrieve the account by date of birth? What do you think they can do to retrieve my account record. I would really appreciate your help. I have a BS in computer science but I worked mostly as embedded engineer dont know anything about databases.
