Show in taskbar function for Access Forms

I need a function that will allow to Show or Not Show (depending on True or False value I give for the function) standard and popup Access Forms in the Windows Taskbar. I will need to pass the Form name to the function allowing me to choose which Form(s) I will use.

I know about the windows in taskbar Options setting which I need to leave on. The function I need will allow for individual control for each Form I choose irrespective of that options setting.
