I've researched this for hours now and can't find a solution. This is the first database I am designing in Access and am having a lot of trouble making the user interface.
I am using Access 2010 Navigation Form with 2 levels of horizontal tabs.
The first level tab is an EmployeeList which is a Datasheet form. The second level tab is an the EmployeeEdit form.
What I want to do is for a user to select the row they wish to edit then hit the edit tab to go to the EmployeeEdit subform for that row.
Right now hitting the edit tab goes to the first row.
