Hi,
Has anyone ever experienced issues acquiring images from a scanner into Brilliant Database? I have two image fields on each record on a form. However, when I acquire the second image BD is somehow also remembering the previously scanned image and the new image is superimposed on the previous image. This also hapepns if moving to a new record, it remembers previous image on previous record. I didn't notice this at first until my next image was in portrait instead of landscape. The newly acquired image is now shown portrait with the previously acquired image showing landscape behind it. This is a new composite image that somehow BD has put together, it isn't actually two separate images. Very weird!! Closing BD and reopening fixes it, until the second image is acquired then the issue repeats itself again.
Thanks
Matty
