Issues with connecting the database

Hi all,

In our setup db2v9.7 using fixpack 4.

Facing issues with connecting the database. Database connection went successfully, but suddenly database not able to connect.

[db2inst1@XXX ~]$ db2 connect to XXXX
SQL1224N The database manager is not able to accept new requests, has
terminated all requests in progress, or has terminated the specified request
because of an error or a forced interrupt. SQLSTATE=55032
