TimeTable using VBA

Greeting! I need some help in doing my school work. I have a form frmTimetable that is based on the pic i uploaded.The boxes on the pic represent a certain class. i want that if i click on one of the boxes, it will open a form frmReturn with the record concerning that class.

And also i need to modify the timetable.

I don't know where to start. So plzzzzzzzz help me. :S
