DB2 8 charset IBM 432

Hello,
I'm new here but I'll try to explain my situation. We have a DB2 8 with charset IBM 432. Is there a way to change charset to UTF8 ?
I tried to create a new DB with charset UTF8 and migrate data from DB with IBM 432 but unsuccessfully.
Can anyone help?
