Union All Query: "Query is too complex?"

Hello All! In need of your assistance once again :)

I have a Union All QRY which currently joins 50+ Tables and recently have been getting an the error message "Query is too compltex." I realzie this is not the most efficient way to merge all the tables but is there a work around or another method I could use? Thanks!
