Data Matching Across multiple databases

i I am pretty much a complete noob using access so if my questions are incomplete or not clear please let me know and I'll do my best to clarify and get you what you need.

I'm using access 2003

Situation:
I have 2 different access files/DBs that I am trying to run one against the other other looking for the same or similar records giving weight each filed/column to verify if they are the same

Goal:
I want to output all same/similar records into another database with the same structure as the original.

Example:
Both access records/DBs have columns for first name, last name, address, etc, I want to say, for example, if first name, last name, address from DB A are same/similar to first name, last name, address from DB B, then records is most likely same/similar and it gets exported/placed in a new data base with same format as the original

How do I do this?

Thanks in advance for any help
