Table space access is not allowed in db2

Hi all,

In our setup db2 v9.7 with fixpack 4

Issues in the tablespace level

When i tried to select the table i am getting the error.

Table space access is not allowed.. SQLCODE=-290, SQLSTATE=55039

I check with the tablespace state it's in 0*0020

I took the backup of the tablespace to /dev/null

db2 backup db TIS_DWHT tablespace METRIC_SPD_TAB online to /dev/null

Tablespace went to normal state 0*0020

Again I execute the select query for the table i am getting the same errror

Table space access is not allowed.. SQLCODE=-290, SQLSTATE=55039

How to resolve this issue?
