Save data using single form!

Hi, I would like to save a personal information from a single form to the database using the vba coding on a save button. For example, a new employee has been hired and his/her personal information (Lastname, Firstname, Birthdate, Address, etc) must be saved to the database by clicking the save button.

Can anyone could please help me, just new in using MS Access. Thanks! :o
