I find it unacceptable that Microsoft Excel 2010 cannot produce a 3D chart with secondary vertical axis scales.

Does anyone know of a work around for this?
I've upgraded to a Windows 7x64bit platform and use hundreds of charts each month which are linked to exported Access queries.xls in an older Excel 32bit format and data links to the older excel data with my current chart software are not reliable.
My wish is to use Access and Excel 2010 where I could re create all of my linked charts in Excel 2010 most likely eliminating my linking problems.
