Freezing rows when exporting using DoCmd.OutPutTo

Hello,

Is there any way to freeze headers in excel when exporting a report from access using the "DoCmd.OutputTo" command in vba? If not what is the best way for me to do this? I have a report with a sub report and I need the first row to "freeze" in excel when the end user is scrolling down through the file.
