MS Access 2010 Macro Question :"Macros can only be called 19 times."

I need to import csv file from desktop or any other location from computer on Access 2010 database I have designed, I have done it before using import macro but when I saved the database for publishing import button from the form stopped working (import file)
Error message "Macros can only be called 19 times."
I need help with VBA code/ loop to start macros again once 19th time have elapse any suggestion’s will be highly appreciated and thanks very much in advance.
