Populate a table in MS access with excel data

Hi All,

I have created tables in MS Access 2003. I want to update a table in ms access with the laboratory result in .xls format. The laboratory file has 7 column Heading which are placed in one Field,am attaching the lab file and ms access table all in .txt, which i want to be updated, have loaded manually one record so you may see what I mean. My problem is coding so that what am importing will be transformed from record to Column and to make it a permanent solution whenever I want to update the same table, Please assist.
