"ORA-29970: Specified registration id does not exist".

Hi Oracle form guys,

I am implementing the oracle database change notification mechanism in my app

but i am getting the problem saying user does not privileges after that it's saying specified reg id does not exist.

"ORA-29970: Specified registration id does not exist".

if anybody have the solution please let me know.

my env are websphere7 and oracle database.
