Auto exporting a DB on 'click' request

Hi, I have a MySql Database and I want other ppl to be able to view "some" of the contents in there.

How exactly can I export my database so that i can upload the results into my website, so ppl click to see the database, partial information from the database is exported to my website or in a new window, doesnt really matter.

Viewers can be anyone so it should be done in a safe way that the viewer can't manipulate things.

Is there anyone who could help me with that?
I must warn you i have never wrote a php script before, I'm a newbie on that
