Db2 9.1 SQL1042C when trying to connect.

Dear DB2 Gurus

We are using DB2 9.1 fixpack 7, We have SAP implemented though we do not have the support from SAP or from IBM.
when I try to connect to db2 I get SQL1042C error.
I have attached the db2daig.log

Can anyone Please help me ?
