Access 2010 compatibility issues with Sharepoint

I have developed a ms access 2010 web db over the last while and I was always pretty careful to ensure no compatibility issues arose with Sharepoint.

3 days ago 12 arose. I managed to get it down to 2 issues but I am stumped with these two.

When you run the compatibility checker before publishing there are two issues. Both relate to the relationship between Expense type and Expense subtype. They are warning about each of the following.

ACCWeb105016
Relationships that are not associated with a Web-compatible lookup are incompatible with the Web.

ACCWeb105016
Lookups require an associated relationship to be compatible with the Web.

Can somebody have a look and advise me on what to do?
