Autonumber formating in table

I have an autonumber in one of my tables for reference number. In the format option in design view I have !"FY13-" so reference numbers count as so:

FY13-1
FY13-2
FY13-3

I would like the numbers to be displayed as 4 digits long so they display as

FY13-0001
FY13-0002
FY13-0003
...
FY13-0010

Can this be done at table level?
