converting a part of an access data base to a web database

Built this Access database and only now boss is asking if it can be uploaded To sharepoint which a mogoraty cannot but two tables and their corrorsponding form are sutiable can i just convert these two forms or can this not be done

Cannot create a web form from a shared table thought that maybe create a new database and Link the tables but not possible
