Dropping SP implicittly after rename the table

Hi I am facing one issue in db2 9.7.7 (Window) not tried on linux. When I rename the table all dependent stored procedure(in which any DML operation is being performed) are being dropped implicittly.

But in DB2 9.5 its works fine without any issue.

Please help to resolve it.
