Error: cannot login into openadmin tool's Informix Database

I'm newbie in informix database..
I want to execute a query using openadmin tool's SQL editor on my db..
However, every time I want to login, the connection to my db is not working..
This error will come out

Connection Failed: -27001 [Informix][Informix ODBC Driver][Informix]Read error occurred during connection attempt.
