logarchmeth1 from disk to tsm

Hi All,
I have changed the logarchmeth1 from disk to tsm then stop and start the instance. But, archives logs are not going to tsm and it stayed in the default log path. I have taken online backup via tsm. so, tsm configuration is correct. I have listed error from diaglog. Can you give correct solution for this. (DB2 UDB ESE 9.1 FP5 )
