Error while modifying report

the report is in place and runs correctly.

I want to run a second report with a modication to add a count.

I get this error, which will not run report and I know why/what is causing it. I am trying to figure out if there is a work around to this?

This error will go through each RT on the report. Any idea or replacements I can use?
