Working on a migration where we moving a key based file structure (VSAM) to DB2.
Can we store the entire record field as one blob or varchar column in DB2.
What will be implications w.r.to performance while retrieving and Insert,Updates that column vs storing as individual columns broken down by fields (1-1) etc. This query is only focusing on performance.
