Db2 connect and db2 Express c

Hi,

I want to connect to db2 mainframe , for that i need db2 connect . But i already have db2 Express c 9.7 version.

Could you please tell me that which version of db2 connect personal edition i have to install for connecting to db2 mainframe.

Also give me the url, so that i can download the suitable version for my windows machine.
