Query that looks up all records for one month, three months previous to current date

Hello,

I would like to create a query that looks up all records for a month, three months prior to the current date. That is if I ran the query this month, it should pull up all the records for August. Can such a creature be created. The name of my date field is DateofHire. Thanks for your help in advance.
