Requirement For a System Analyst in Ralegh,NC with State Client(court experience preffered)

Job Position: System Analyst

Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: Long Term

Client: North Carolina Administrative office of the Courts (NCAOC)


Duties And Responsibilities (as per solicitation) * This position serves as a senior system analyst and performs systems analysis, Design, creation of test plans and test scripts, testing, and documentation for Civil Team projects. This position must interact with other analysts and programmers assigned to the project, the existing eFilling vendor, county staff and have the ability to communicate effectively in oral or written form and maintain good working relationships within and outside the development team. Expertise in the design and implementation of court applications is highly desirable. Responsibilities will include the following:

· Analysis of existing systems and needed enhancements

· Documentation of requirements

· Design of project functions

· Development of system test plans and scripts

· Testing of project components

· Documentation of test results

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Eight years of progressive analyst experience working with large scale, complex on-line systems, including at least two years as a senior developer on a large-scale web based project.

Required Skills

· Web application analysis and design including ability to fully document requirements and design

· Testing of large complex systems

Use of HTML or Dreamweaver for screen design
