Telnet/SSH clients for windows

Dear all,

I want to use any advanced client software(like Oracle SQL Developer) which support Telnet and SSH clients in Windows 7. Currently I'm using Putty and Microsoft Telnet.

The server is IBM Aix and the Database server is INFORMIX. All other PC-s are with windows 7 and XP.

Can you suggest me any tool or is there any way to use Oracle SQL Developer?
