Webquery to to append data from a website to a table in Access

Hi All,

I have a customer table in access and a website which holds some customer records

I want to create a webquery in access that fetches the records from the website and appends those in my access table

how do i achieve this ? Suggestions would be helpful please

I am using Access 2010 version
