Job Descriptions:
· 7+ Years experience performing production database administration tasks for companies and/or major government agencies
· 5+ years of related experience performing design, coding, and documentation of multi-tier client-server and web applications for major companies and/or government agencies
· Master level experience with Oracle Database Server 10g, 11g, including backup/recovery ,replication technologies, and performance optimization both at disk and instance levels
· Expertise with IIS, Apache/Tomcat, Oracle Application Server 10.1.2, SOA 10.1.3, and WebLogic 11
· Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008 databases, including deployment on enterprise level storage
· Experience deploying and maintaining databases supporting COTS as well as custom applications
· Experience in configuring and implementing Web Services and corresponding interfaces, and assessing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting COTS Applications and related services
· Exposure to and advanced understanding of case management and enterprise content management systems including workflow and
document management capabilities
· Ability to create multi-tier web applications utilizing Oracle Database Technologies, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java EE, JSP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other technologies
· Writes Database/Applications documentation and specifications
· Strong Communication Skills, written and verbal
· Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical professional experience required
